Abstract: The aim of this paper is to propose a research agenda for the organization which try to integrate enterprises. Organizational problems for this organization are analyzed.  The way it has been studied in some research projects Mexicans and Spanish is presented for discussion. The analysis and discussion provide new study guidelines for integrative-organization.
