DESARROLLO LOCAL DE CUANDO CUBANGO, ANGOLA
Abstract: This article assumes that the definition of procedures for ecotourism management is still complex based on new technologies, 
new products, shortages of raw material, inadequacies of knowledge, skill and market penetration. The procedures are 
adopted as mechanisms to take advantage of the natural and cultural potential and the growing interests in wildlife, manage 
community progress and enrich the attributes to generate sustainable development, from a systemic and participatory 
process. This article aims to design a procedure for the management of ecotourism that contributes to the local development 
of Cuando Cubango, Angola. To validate the stages of the management procedure and the scope capacity of its components, 
the expert criterion method was used, which resulted in a classification of 98% translated into high relevance for the 
province of Cuando Cubango.
