Title: Presupuesto del Poder Judicial en la provincia de La Pampa             
Abstract: The topic that we speak about in this paper is framed in the research project “Genesis and transformation of the Judicial Power of La Pampa: historical reconstruction from documents and testimonies”, passed at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the National University of La Pampa in the year 2013. The aim of the text is to consider and to analyze the characteristics of the budget, specially the one of the Judicial Power, in order to get to know its use and functioning in the institutional provincial context. In addition, we pretend to describe the proceeding stages that allow to the citizen a more active and responsible role in the public organization. We make a descriptive and interpretative analysis of the budget, the investments accounts and  their  articulation  with  the  legal  regulations.  These  aspects  imply  the  processes  of the  budget’s  elaboration  with  the  indication  of  the  involved  actors;  the  public  spending’s classification of the judicial power and the public information of the judicial staff. Finally,  an  invitation  to  reflect  about  the  need  of  transparence  and  modernization  of  the economic resources estimation of the judicial power is made due to the fact that its legal regulation is more than fifty years old.
