The human being is incorporated as a resource for organizational purposes, but expresses his subjectivity in search of his desire and projection in the framework of institutional demands. Hence, it is feasible to contextualize it under the view of balance and equilibrium. Therefore, it is exposed as a novel theoretical proposal where the definition of “benefit” extends beyond financial utility, positivist, and reductionist models, since, a review of the literature is proposed in which every subject (natural or corporate) is identified as an entity valuing the maximization of profit under a balance between the context and the effort made.
