Hacia la identificacion de indicadores organizacionales del MOBBING Abstract: This work aims is to show the findings of an exploratory research that investigated characteristics of harasser organizations, from the perspective of management and organizational analysis. It is defined as harassment at work all abusive behavior (gesture, speech, attitude) that threatens, by its repetition or systematization, dignity or psychological or physical integrity of a person, endangering the job and degrading the work environment. In our approach the harasser individual goes to the background and the main character is awarded to the organization. The organization becomes responsible for the harassment and must affront the emerging costs of prosecution of harassment, external prestige and consequent deterioration of the internal environment. The research design is exploratory, descriptive, not experimental. We made 49 semi-structured interviews of staff from 49 organizations asking about the perception of these people on the organizational characteristics and the existence of situations of harassment at work, from an accessible sample as part of the strategy ball snow (one case refers to other).
